The hotel is located in the historic centre of Azay-le-Rideau, just 100m from the town’s beautiful château. To get here by vehicule from Place de la République (one way), simply follow our Balzac pedestrianised street. Guests’ vehicles are allowed access so long as they are only briefly picking up/dropping off guests and luggage.
Parking near the hotel:
Our garage is located 17 Place de la République (70 m – 229 ft). Due to the nature of our location, we’re only able to offer limited parking facilities to our guests (unfortunately our parking spaces are not specially adapted for disabled persons). Please note we can only guarantee parking spaces after you have booked, not when making enquires.
However, there is a wide range of free public car parks nearby, including Place de la République, Place Rabelais, Place des Halles, Parking de l’île and Parking du Sabot, in particular. As well as a paying public car park: Parking du Château (video monitored at the entrance and exit - with reduced rate if you validate and pay for your ticket at the hotel).
But also for disabled persons : Rue Gambetta (in front of the Caisse d'Epargne bank), Place des halles (to the left of the halls), Rue Nationale (in front of Hardouin catering), Place de la République (up near the kiosk or close to bar-tabac Le François 1er), Parking de l’Ile, Parking du Sabot and at paying Parking du Château (please, see above).
