Terms and conditions related to bookings, stays, no-shows, cancellations and changes to bookings
General provisions
To confirm a booking, guests must provide a credit or debit card that will remain valid until at least the end of their planned stay at the hotel. Without such details, bookings cannot be confirmed.
Should your credit or debit card details as provided during the booking process change before your stay, the person who made the booking should notify the hotel and provide updated details of their new or reissued card. Otherwise, at any time and without warning, the hotel reserves the right to consider the booking null and void. The same applies when credit or debit card details provided turn out to be incorrect or false.
To complete the check-in process when arriving at the hotel, an imprint of a credit or debit card that must remain valid until at least the end of your booked stay at the hotel will be taken. Without this, check-in cannot be completed.
This card may be the same or different to the one used during the booking process.
Minors are not permitted to stay at the hotel unless they are accompanied by an adult, which means someone over the age of 18, in accordance with French law.
Guests should undertake to behave in a decent and respectful manner towards others at all times during their stay, in accordance with the French laws and regulations in force. In particular, guests should try to avoid making noise between 20.00 and 08.00.
In general, only French law applies to guest relations with the hotel and anything that may take place before you arrive, during and after your stay, whether or not your stay is the result of a contract directly with the hotel and/or any third parties.
These general terms and conditions will apply even in the event of extenuating circumstances (e.g. delayed or cancelled flights, illness, accident, pregnancy, etc.) and in the event of force majeure (e.g. attack, acts of war, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.). In these cases, in particular, any prepayment or irrevocable commitment to the hotel will not be returned or refunded. That is why we recommend you take out specific travel insurance, such as cancellation insurance, above all if your credit card does not already offer this service.
Provisions specific to bookings that can be cancelled/changed
Unless expressly stated on the selected rate when confirming a booking (these rates will in particular be referred to as ‘no changes’, ‘no cancellation’ and/or ‘non-refundable’), bookings can generally be cancelled/changed.
As such, in these cases, no charges will be made to your credit or debit card in advance. Payment will be taken at the hotel.
Bookings can only be cancelled/changed once (one time) for free, subject to providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the originally-planned date of arrival (e.g. cancellations/changes can be made for free up to 1 January at midnight for an originally-planned arrival of 4 January in the afternoon). All times refer to local time at the hotel. Changes are subject to availability and, where necessary, to an additional charge, especially when a change of season, number of guests and/or room category is involved.
Where sufficient notice is not provided, or if nobody arrives at the hotel by the end of check-in on the day of booking (no-show) the full cost of the rooms booked may be charged at any time using the credit or debit card details provided.
Any cancellations/changes to bookings made online must also be made online. Otherwise, they will be considered null and void and cannot be enforced at the hotel.
Provisions specific to bookings that cannot be changed, cancelled and/or refunded
For bookings that cannot be changed, cancelled and/or refunded, the total charge for your stay may be charged at any time once a credit or debit card has been provided.
Anything that has not been charged in advance must be paid for at the hotel.
In the case of any changes, cancellations or no-shows, the full cost of the rooms booked will be charged to the credit or debit card provided, if this has not already taken place.
« Cancellation and interruption of stay insurance » option
This insurance can be a judicious addition to your reservation, whether it is cancellable or not.
By finalizing your reservation, you can therefore opt for this insurance, which may cover all participants in the stay, including in the Covid 19 event (Conditions to carefully read before subscription).
If you subscribe to it, the formation of the insurance contract is definitive and its cost is immediately and irrevocably charged on the Credit Card provided.
And if you end up in a hypothesis covered by this contract, you can be refunded according to the terms provided by it, in particular by presenting the insurer with a receipted invoice for booked and unused services.

Environnemental protection
Our team is voluntarily part of an environmental approach.
Also, whenever possible, we have chosen to:
- offer you products that are predominantly local and organic or from sustainable agriculture,
- promote local activity and non-polluting travel, in particular by joining the Regional Natural Park and La Loire à Vélo,
- resort to the use of organic linen, cleaning products and equipment,
- equip our bathrooms with devices limiting water consumption, as well as eco-responsible hospitality products,
- proceed with the selective sorting of common waste,
- gradually replace traditional bulbs with low consumption bulbs, etc.
We are therefore really counting on you to support us in this civic approach throughout your stay, in particular by:
- turning off the air conditioning every time you go out or leave a window open,
- turning off the light and the TV every time you go out,
- hanging up the “do not disturb” sign whenever you don't want your room to be done,
- putting on the floor only the towels whose change is really necessary.
